Too Faced Beauty Essentials
I was recently in Debenhams on Oxford Street and found myself hovering around the Too Faced counter. I've only ever tried their eye shadows, which I love (you can read about it here), so I thought since I like the pallet so much, why not try some of their other products. I was not disappointed.
Blush in Peach Bellini
I really love the pigmentation of this blush. There is nothing worse than a blush that is too pigmented and leaves you looking like you've just ran a marathon after one dab. This blush is so beautiful, the colours and perfect for spring. You can build it up to be as heavy as you'd like or just apply a little which looks really stunning and subtle.
I wasn't too sure about these at first, because they have a sponge like applicator, but after reading some really good reviews, I decided that I wanted to give them a go. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much I like them. The product doesn't come out really fast, it comes out just enough for you to get a nice even coverage on your lips.
I went for 'Nude' and 'Peony' and I love them both. I wear them with spice liner from Mac and I really like both of the combinations. 'Peony' is such a pretty colour to wear for spring/summer time, and leaves a really nice soft look. Whereas 'Nude' is just perfect for an everyday look, and works with pretty much any eye look.
As with all liquid lipsticks, they are a little drying. However with my lip hydration products I spoke about in this post here, this has been no bother.
All in all, I am extremely happy with my recent purchases, and Too Faced is quickly becoming one of my favourite beauty brands as they just seem to always get it right!
