This is quite a bittersweet post to write. I'm writing it because I've not managed to get away on a summer holiday this year, although if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't have discovered the best fake tan I have ever used.
One of the best things about holiday's, other than the relaxation, the sun and the cocktails, has got the be the tan. Coming back with a golden tan is the best thing ever. I love being tanned, I think everyone looks so much healthier with a bit of colour on their skin.
No sun? NO PROBLEM
Until recently, I'd never found a fake tan that I really loved. I found using fake tan a real chore, I found it sticky, messy and I was too often having tanning disasters.
However, then I discovered this little beauty. The Bondi Sands Tanning Oil is like no other tanning product I have ever used before. Because it's an oil, it doesn't go on as thick as other consistency's, meaning that if you miss a bit, it's not a big deal as there is no glaringly obvious white patch, it's much more subtle and easier to hide. I also find that it fades really nicely and gradually without going patchy, so there is no scrubbing your body red raw to try and get it off, it's a miracle I hear you cry - yes it really is.
What does it look like?
The shade of the tan is really natural. I find with a lot of fake tans they have an orange undertone which makes it much more obvious it's fake, whereas this one is more of an olive colour, so once you've got your tanning routine nailed, you'll be looking like you could be Eva Longoria's long lost sister in no time.
The only slight negative with this tan is the scent. Like all tans, it does have a slight biscuit scent, but if you put it on at night and wash it off in the morning you can avoid all of that!
I am seriously no expert when it comes to tanning, in fact, I consider myself pretty rubbish at it, but this makes it that little bit easier. If you have any tanning tips, please help a girl out and comment them below!

DeleteThat's a shame it has a scent, I'm not good with smells and I was just thinking this one might be perfect! It does sound much better than the rest though.
